Role of Anchor Trucking Consultants Inc as TPA
As your TPA, Anchor Trucking Consultants Inc will:
Random Selection & Testing Management:
Manage the random selection process for drug and alcohol testing in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Coordinate with certified labs and collection sites for testing.
Program Administration:
Maintain records of all drug and alcohol testing results.
Communicate directly with your company and drivers regarding test results, random selections, and compliance requirements.
Clearinghouse Requirements Monitoring:
All companies are required to enroll Anchor Trucking Consultants Inc as their TPA in the FMCSA Clearinghouse to ensure proper monitoring and management of Clearinghouse requirements. This includes conducting mandatory queries and reporting violations as required by the FMCSA.
Regulatory Compliance Assistance:
Provide guidance on FMCSA regulations and keep your company informed of changes.
Assist with ensuring that all enrolled drivers meet pre-employment, random, post-accident, and return-to-duty testing requirements.
Reporting & Recordkeeping:
Maintain and manage records as per DOT requirements, including driver test results and program documentation.
Provide reports to the company regarding driver testing status, compliance status, and any pending requirements.

Compliance Responsibility:
Anchor Trucking Consultants Inc provides administrative support to help you maintain compliance, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance with DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations lies with the company. It is the company’s duty to ensure all drivers comply with regulations.
Driver Disqualification:
Any driver who refuses or fails a required test will be immediately disqualified from performing safety-sensitive duties until they complete the required return-to-duty process, including evaluation by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
Privacy & Confidentiality:
Anchor Trucking Consultants Inc follows strict confidentiality policies regarding drug and alcohol testing records. However, records may be disclosed as required by law or to regulatory agencies, auditors, or other entities with legitimate oversight responsibilities.
Testing Fees & Additional Costs:
The annual membership fee covers consortium enrollment and administrative services. Additional fees may apply for individual drug and alcohol tests, missed appointments, or re-tests. The company is responsible for covering these costs.
Termination of Enrollment:
The company may terminate its enrollment at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for partial-year participation.

By enrolling in our Drug & Alcohol Consortium, you agree to abide by FMCSA regulations regarding drug and alcohol testing. Non-compliance can result in penalties, fines, or disqualification of drivers from performing safety-sensitive functions.
